Setting up a sandbox

We configure the Zoho Sign integration and test it in the Zoho CRM Sandbox (with test recipients or optionally the Zoho Sign Sandbox). Create templates, map fields, and test the process with examples.

  • Only internal test email addresses / whitelist during tests
  • Test templates with "TEST" naming (and optionally a watermark in Sign Sandbox)
  • Logging in CRM: status + request/envelope ID + owner

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this also possible with Zoho Contracts?

Yes. Zoho Sign also works with Contracts. For complex contracts with clauses, a separate Contracts Sprint is more convenient. For simple signing, Sign is sufficient.

Do I need to prepare anything myself?

Handy: list of documents you send and Word/PDF examples of templates. We take care of the rest.

What happens after the sprint?

You can continue with the configuration independently. You modify new templates or workflows yourself. For complex extensions, you can schedule a follow-up sprint.

Is training included?

Yes. 1-hour handover with manual and video. You can book additional individual sessions for extra training.
