How it works

1 Free introductory consultation and AI scan
We start at your location. We look at how your organization currently operates, which processes are time-consuming, and where Zoho or AI can make an immediate difference.

2 Project setup
Upon approval of the proposal, we will finalize: which Zoho modules will be configured, how Claude AI will be integrated, who is involved, and the schedule.
3 User flows and AI design
We map out how employees will work with the system. How does someone communicate with Doortje, the AI assistant? Which data goes where in Zoho CRM? We visually capture this before we start building.
4 Blueprint — your AI blueprint
You will receive a concrete design of the future environment. Including screen designs, the configuration of Doortje, and a fixed-price proposal for the realization.

5 Development and configuration
We configure Zoho One to suit your processes: from CRM and Mail to WorkDrive and Analytics. At the same time, we connect Claude AI via MCP connectors so that Doortje has access to your business data.
6 Testing and validation
We test on realistic scenarios. Does Doortje prepare a quote based on CRM data? Are leads coming in correctly? Does everything work on mobile? Only when everything is correct do we go live.
7 Rollout and adoption
We roll out the solution and guide your team. We provide training, create manuals for Doortje, and discuss any necessary adjustments to the division of tasks. We offer aftercare following the go-live.
After the project
Your organization has a fully configured Zoho One environment with Claude AI. Doortje takes over routine work, your team works more efficiently, and you have the data to make better decisions.
