How it works
The process consists of three phases: introduction, blueprint, and implementation. We work based on an hourly estimate and a turnaround time of approximately 12 weeks.

Phase 1 — Introduction
1Free introductory consultation and AI scan
We look at how your organization currently operates, which processes are time-consuming, and where Zoho or AI can make an immediate difference. In preparation, also review the solutions per department.

- Concrete opportunities for lead qualification, quote generation, or reporting
- Estimate of costs and expected return
2Project setup
Upon agreement, we will determine which Zoho modules will be configured, how Claude AI will be integrated, who is involved, and what the schedule is.
Phase 2 — Blueprint
3User flows and AI design
We are mapping out how employees will work with the system, how Doortje communicates, and where which data goes.
4Blueprint — your AI blueprint
You will receive a concrete design of the future environment, including the configuration of Doortje and a fixed-price proposal.
Phase 3 — Implementation
5Development and configuration
We configure Zoho One to your processes and connect Claude AI via MCP connectors.
6Testing and validation
We test on realistic scenarios and only go live when everything is right.
7Rollout and adoption
We support your team with training, manuals, and aftercare.
After the project
Your organization has a fully configured Zoho One environment with Claude AI. For continuous improvement, you can then work with the Zoho Optimization Bundles.
