We are looking for a developer who is not only technically strong but also thinks strategically with clients. Someone who understands that an integration is only valuable if it delivers real time savings.

You build and maintain integrations between Claude AI and Zoho One for our clients. Think of:
1 Developing MCP servers
You write custom Model Context Protocol servers that give Claude access to Zoho CRM, Mail, WorkDrive, Analytics, and other modules.
2 Implement API connections
You build reliable connections between systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
3 Advising customers
You help determine which integrations truly add value and which are overkill for a specific organization.
4 Writing documentation
You clearly explain how integrations work, so that customers can get started with them independently.
5 Further development
You come up with improvements, new use cases, and more efficient workflows based on practical experience.
Example project: A client wants their AI assistant to automatically retrieve customer history from Zoho CRM when a support ticket comes in, check relevant contract information in WorkDrive, and generate a draft response including data from Analytics. You build the integrations and advise on which automations yield the highest return.
What are you bringing?
You have experience with modern development and strong communication skills. We are not looking for a pure coder, but someone who sees the bigger picture.
Claude AI experience
You have worked with Claude (via API, Desktop, or MCP) and understand how to effectively write prompts and design AI workflows.
API integrations
You have built multiple complex integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows (OAuth, API keys).
Zoho One knowledge (big plus)
You are familiar with the Zoho ecosystem or are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with it. Experience with Zoho CRM, Deluge, or Zoho APIs is a plus.
Python or TypeScript
You write clean, maintainable code and know best practices for API development.
Customer-oriented thinking
You ask the right questions, listen to what customers really need, and translate that into technical solutions.
Own initiative
You see opportunities for improvement and take them up yourself without needing everything explained.
Dutch and English
Fluent in both languages, both spoken and written
