Does Doortje make independent decisions with the Intelligence Pack?

No. The Decision Framework specifically defines when Doortje provides support, when she executes within frameworks, and when she escalates. Critical decisions always remain with an employee.

How long does the implementation of the Intelligence Pack take?

That depends on the package and the complexity of your organization. A Starter Pack is typically set up within two weeks. A Professional or Enterprise Pack requires more time for analysis and configuration.

Is our data safe in the Knowledge Buckets?

Yes. All knowledge sources are stored and processed within your own Zoho One environment. External parties do not have access to your data outside of the agreed integrations.

Can we add or modify knowledge sources ourselves?

Yes. After the implementation, you can manage knowledge sources yourself via Zoho One. We train your administrators so that you are not dependent on us for daily maintenance.

What if our processes change?

Knowledge Buckets and decision rules are customizable. For major changes, we support you in updating the configuration. You can make minor adjustments yourself.

Is the Intelligence Pack mandatory for other sprints?

Not mandatory, but highly recommended for organizations that want to deploy AI broadly. The Intelligence Pack forms the foundation upon which other sprints build.

Can we start with Starter and expand to Professional later?

Yes. The packages are structured as growth paths. You start where it fits now and expand as your AI usage matures.

Who owns the configuration?

You are and remain the owner of all configurations, knowledge sources, and decision rules. We build and provide guidance, but the system belongs to your organization.
